F.E.T.C.H Dog hotel

Your dog’s day starts at 7am and finishes at 7pm, with their last pee break around 10pm. Throughout the day your dog will receive regular supervised exercise within secure fenced exercise area both on and off lead with our Canine Carers, dogs are not mixed in the dog hotel unless you have multiple from the same household staying together. They will also get to hang out here in the office to keep that feeling of a home environment.

We are always happy to let owners know how their pet is doing during their stay either by phone or by email all you have to do is contact us!

Each dog is individually housed, unless you have several pets and are happy for them to share the one kennel. If so, you can avail of our discounted rates below.

First time stays are only accepted for boarding when they arrive in the morning. This really helps your dog to settle during the daytime hours and get used to their new surroundings. New customers should arrive before or close to 09:00 AM to ensure that they have time to see the kennels.

**For nervous or shy dogs, an overnight stay prior to their main booking may be required.

If we note any issues such as soft stool, not eating or anything out of the ordinary we will always contact owners straight away. If needed, we can arrange an appointment for your pet at our vets at owners’ expense, once we get the go-ahead from owners.
